Refund policy

Our goal is to provide you with delicious coffee that is just right for you.  If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at info@blacktucanocoffee.com 

Change your mind about your purchase? We offer a 7 day return policy. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not pay for shipping of items returned due to customer change of mind, nor do we refund the original shipping costs. 

 

If there is something that is not right with your order, wrong item, not what you order etc... We will do our best to either replace it or give you your money back.

Refund Requirements

When requesting a product refund or an exchange, we require customers to ship back at least 80% of the original order of opened product contact us : info@blacktucanocoffee.com 

Any unopened product will also need to be sent in for a refund or exchange. . Upon receipt of the product we will review the request and issue credit/exchange for the prior purchase. You must make contact with Customer Service with-in 15 days upon the delivery and the product must be received back in our warehouse within 30 days from the delivery date.

CoffeeAM will make every effort to ship your packages in a timely fashion. To ensure that your shipment is delivered by your desired date, please refer to the shipping chart below.

Orders placed before 5:00 pm EST will ship on the following business day. In most cases, your coffee is roasted on the day that it ships.
